Boston butts are hand-rubbed
with our signature 521 BBQ rub, and then smoked for 14 hours on
our premises. The BBQ you order in the restaurant today was
rubbed and cooked last night! We do not re-heat or use
leftover BBQ from another day -- every bite of BBQ we serve is
always freshly smoked.

Our RIBS aren't a secret
anymore! Baby back ribs are also hand-rubbed with 521
Signature spices and smoked for several hours throughout the day.
Upon ordered, they are brushed with our famous 521 BBQ sauce and
then grilled to caramelize and seal the taste. Superb!!
Truly, they have to be tasted to be believed!
